Sebastien Grand Clement

Sebastien is a seasoned aviation professional with over 20 years of international experience in both commercial and business aviation. As a Captain and Line Training Captain on Airbus and Falcon aircraft, he has operated worldwide across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, America, and Africa, in both airline and high-level VIP operations.

He also served as Training Manager and Director of Flight Standards for one of the world’s largest VIP helicopter operators, overseeing flight crew development, compliance, and safety across multiple AOCs and maintenance organizations. His responsibilities have included establishing training programs, obtaining AOC and NCC approvals, and building aviation departments from the ground up.

Sébastien holds both EASA and FAA licenses, speaks fluent English, French, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Airways Management (Summa Cum Laude) from Arizona State University. With a strong background in organizational structure and crew training, he brings unmatched operational insight to AviatorXperts as a trusted consultant and mentor.
